Machine Operator

Due to growth ambitions, we are seeking to recruit four Machine Operators, to be based at our Toddington depot. We are looking for those who are already in the rail industry and looking for a new challenge, in a flexible, innovative, people-focused business.

Due to the unique nature of our machines, full training will be necessary and provided. Any additional qualifications such as COSS, HGV, OTP HPV Operator, POS representative, First Aider would be desirable.

Auto Electrician

We are looking to recruit an experienced Auto Electrician to be based in Hurlford, Kilmarnock.

The individual will become an integral part in the assembly, testing and carrying out repairs in the electrical systems of Railway Track Maintenance Equipment. Ensuring compliance with all Quality and Safety Standards.

You must have experience in either automotive machinery or rail track machinery.

Mechanical Fitter

We are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Fitter to be based in Hurlford, Kilmarnock.

Working from engineering drawings and documentation to carry out the manufacture, installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis of hydraulic, and mechanical equipment, primarily railway maintenance equipment.

To deliver high quality, consistent and competent mechanical fitting in accordance with project / company requirements, standards and procedures.

Quantity Surveyor

The role of Quantity Surveyor is responsible for providing accurate and value generating input to the business. The role ensures that all commercial aspects are carried out in accordance with the contract, company policies and procedures, and to the satisfaction of the customer and/or contract leader.

Group Financial Accountant

The purpose of the role will be to provide accurate financial reporting, forecast and budget information for all companies within the group. This will include consolidation of accounts, overhead reporting, group cash flow reporting, preparing statutory accounts, VAT submissions, audit management. ​

This is a key role in this business, as this is a technical area with lots of tax/accounting risks which will become more exposed as the company grows.​​​

This accounting role will come with commercial exposure and extensive interaction with the Senior Leadership team through proactive Business Partnering, and third party providers.
