American expansion for McCulloch Group
McCulloch Group, the Ayrshire based innovators, have announced the appointment of an exclusive distribution partner for the territories of North and South America covering the USA, Mexico, Canada and Brazil. The announcement follows the signing of a territory agreement with boutique maintenance solutions provider – DavRail Inc. based in Fort Worth, Texas. DavRail will develop upon McCulloch’s initial successes in across ‘the pond’ which has seen their innovative solutions being used in places such as New York and Toronto.
Under the leadership of DavRail the McCulloch product range will be strategically marketed through a range of offerings including the further development of sales and leasing within the continents.

DavRail Inc is a subsidiary of the DavOil Group of companies – a Texan based family owned enterprise with a range of trading interests including the ownership and management of the Fort Worth and Western Rail Road.
DavRail first met the McCulloch Group during the annual American Short Line Rail Road Association exhibition in 2022 at St Louis. Following this a period of exploratory discussions, due diligence and negotiation have enable the development of a strong relationship for both parties.

The partnership has officially launched following the signing of legal documents on Wednesday 17th January 2024.
